Flexible, speedy, very reliable and supported by the excellent technicians at Xtento. No joke, we've used Magento 1 and 2 for almost a decade now, and we've seen more than our fair share of unstable plugins and bad code. Xtento is an industry example of quality code backed up with on going support.

So far we are just using manual CSV import mode - but already what a time saver! Updating orders as shipped was taking so long in the painfully slow Magento admin. Now we can update the whole day's despatches (adding the Tracking number and generating the shipping emails) in about the same time it used to take to update a single transaction.
This is the third Xtento extension we have purchased and we are very satisfied with the product and the support.
Not the first license we bought from Xtento. We are using this module to import information out of certain acknowledgement xml files from a shipping carrier service to Magento. This was actually a quite complex task but the Xtento support was super helpful - as always.
Great plugin: we automated our ecommerce supply chain in a few clicks. Define your CSV format, write specs to your supplier and use their tracking number in magento shipments. Amazing!
The extension just works. When the connection between our magento store and shippingeasy failed during our busiest week of the year we were able to import the tracking numbers back into magento instead of manually copying and pasting over two thousand orders.
Very good plugin. Let these guys do the install and configuration! They know there stuff and this we complete quickly and without issue. This team is always very available and very reasonable to use their services. Will cost you more not to!

We have been using this extension for several weeks and have been completely satisfied with the functionality and stability.
It allows us to ftp a file with our tracking details, downloaded directly from our courier (UPS in this case), to our server and the extension takes care of the rest. Orders are marked as shipped, emails sent and tracking uploaded. Exactly what we required. The ability to map fields from the input file and design multiple profiles makes this is a powerful and flexible tool.
XTENTO have also provided us with very prompt and excellent support, ensuring the set up was trouble free. We would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

I have used this extensions along with the Order Export Module and they work flawlessly. Not only are they easy to install (and non-invasive), the documentation and support are top notch. They really provide consistent and stable features for our clients. We have this installed in 1.9.

Works exactly as needed, pulling tacking numbers from suppliers server via API and changing order status to complete. Saves me so much time, we now have a fully automated system thanks to this extension.
Love the fact that it also has logs so you can check if anything goes wrong.

One of the best Magento developers you can find. All of XTENTO's products are fantastic. The Tracking Number Import Module is no exception. It works the first time and every time after that while being extremely flexible. Don't even try another module for importing shipping records...
We use this with the XTENTO custom carriers extension and it works like a charm. It reduces customer support tickets which is a huge time saver.
Support from Sebastian is top notch, I have yet to receive better support from another vendor.
I have purchased 4 extensions now from XENTO and have been asked to review them. All I can say is they are great products, extremely configurable, extremely robust and they support them.
My emails are usually answered in 1-2 hours and on weekends too.

I already used the export module to export my addresses to Royal Mail RMDMO. I have been using it for over two years every day and never had an issue with it. I found that Xtento has another module to import the tracking numbers back from RMDMO. It took about 10 minutes for me to install and configure it and one then after one tiny glitch that Sebastian sorted for me in seconds - I now have tracking numbers for my customers.
Although Royal Mail RMDMO is not a fully automated system - all you have to do is cut and paste into and file and it works like a charm. I highly recommend this module. The support I received was quick and efficient. This will save my team hours of work every week.

We recently installed and configured this plugin for importing order status information from an inflexible 3rd party data source.
Product works well and the support team were on hand to answer questions promptly.
As usual with modules from this company, the product is excellent. Well written, efficient, easy to install and works exactly as advertised.
Well worth the money, and would recommend their sales export module also.
We needed a quick way to import shipment reports that we receive from our warehouse and this does the trick. We hit a small snag when implementing and testing it, but the developers were quick to respond and fix the issue. XTENTO has become our favorite place to get Magento extensions. Keep it up!

It's one of the best solutions for sending tracking codes all at once.
My server sometimes exceeds the importing time and that can create some confusion. But it's no big deal if you break the files.
great extension - use it every day without fail. Support was great to solve some implementation and customization issues.

I approached a few companies when I started looking for a way to automatically export my orders to a drop shipper. It was very clear that Sebastian had a quality product and that he had plenty of comments backing his support.
I needed a custom xml file which he completed in two days time. We only had to make one correction to get the file to be compatible with the EDI system the drop shipper required. My drop shipper said they had not seen such a flawless implementation.
Sebastian was incredibly patient with me and displayed incredible customer service until we got everything implemented. He even went the extra mile to customize his software so that it would work with sftp at no cost.
I am using both Magento Order Export Module and the Tracking Number Import module and both work flawlessly. I could not be happier with XTENTO and Sebastian and would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

This is without question one of the best developers on Magento. If you are hesitant, don't be... you will be 100% satisfied with any of the XTENTO extensions.
XTENTO's Tracking Number import works perfect. We are still using CE 1.4.1 and I have installed the extension on two systems. Both have had no bugs. Pretty easy to set up too. It took us a while get the shipping system to export the tracking numbers to FTP, but once we did, this extension did all that was promised and has saved me an hour's worth of work per day. Some of the settings I didn't fully understand, but when I contacted XTENTO about my questions, they responded quickly and were informative. Highly recommended!
